Hello farm-ily!
What a beautiful week here in Placer County! The morning air is getting crisper reminding us that fall is just around the corner and that we should take time to appreciate summer and all of it’s beauty. This summer sure has been a sweet one. :)
Our tomato plants are pumping out beautiful heirloom tomatoes right now. When Michael and I dive into the “tomato jungle” for harvest we stick up our heads every five minutes and yell out, “look at this beauty!” To celebrate these gorgeous heirloom tomatoes we will have 10# flats of mixed heirlooms on sale at tomorrow’s market for just $28.00! Yahoo! Our heirloom tomatoes are great for sauce, canning, and of course EATING!
Well, this newsletter is a short one because this farm girl needs to get outside and pick more tomatoes! He he. Wishing you all the best and we hope to see you soon.
