We grow over 50 varieties of veggies and fruits all using sustainable practices that we believe in, such as no-till, cover cropping, no pesticides or sprays, crop rotation, and beneficial habitats. One of farmer Michael's favorite things to do is spend hours looking through seed catalogues to discover exciting and interesting new things to grow. We pick what we grow based on how well it does on our farm, and most importantly how it tastes!
